Basic Web Page Creation - We will create a basic web page from supplied pictures and text to about one side of A4 for a single set-up fee of £8.
Basic Web Page Management - We will administer the web page described above (or similar) by linking to the reallyhelpful.info domain name, for the sum of £1 per calendar month, payable 12 months in advance.
E-mail Forwarding - We will administer e-mail forwarding for one e-mail address to be agreed, based on the myname@reallyuseful.info format, to any valid e-mail address to be agreed, for the sum of £1 per calendar month, payable 12 months in advance.
Advanced Services - Our basic services are aimed at individuals, small businesses or organisations, where cost and simplicity are important. We can offer a more comprehensive set of Internet services, including web site design and assistance with obtaining your own domain names. This would allow you to have myname@mycompany.myindustry, if available. The cost and availability of this service will vary considerably according to the requirements.
Conditions
1. We reserve the right to refuse to publish any material that we consider unsuitable; this may be for reasons including but not limited to obscenity, offensiveness, illegality or likely to cause operational problems if implemented.
2. The basic packages do not include registration with search engines or facilities such as page counters and scripting, which will be charged separately.
3. We are providing a managed service; no personal file transfer facilities will be available to you the customer. You may e-mail amended files to us to publish at reasonable intervals to be agreed. We may wish to charge for this service if considered excessive.
4. The service as described uses a range of facilities provided by 3rd-party telecommunications and internet service providers. We cannot be held liable for the result of any 3rd-party failures.
5. We will support the service to the best of our ability but are unable to guarantee continuous operation for reasons given in paragraph 5. We will monitor the performance of our suppliers to the best of our ability, and give due consideration to changing supplier if we consider that performance to be unsatisfactory.
6. The service is aimed at individuals, small businesses and local organisations; if your web page generates an inappropriate amount of traffic for either of these categories, we reserve the right to re-negotiate the terms of the agreement or remove the facility - see condition 1 above.
7. You may cancel the service at any time, but there will be no refund of the basic annual charge unless previously agreed in writing.
